Shipping and Receiving

As part of our SMILE Guarantee, we want you to be happy with your NeatCheeks package from the moment you place your order! So, here’s what you can expect! Today, we ship to domestic USA addresses only.  We will make sure to announce when we ship to International addresses, so please subscribe to our newsletter on the home page to get the most current updates!

We ship domestic packages via USPS.  The postman will deliver your NeatCheeks in a box made from 100% recycled material.  You can expect a happy clean up experience and hours of smiles when you open this special package.  The NeatCheeks experience comes straight to your door within 5-7 business days (USA).

Now, there is one last important step in our shipping process. That’s the RECEIVING part!
